My experience at Discount Tire started off well, but it ended up becoming a very serious and dangerous situation. Last Wednesday, I took my car in because I had a low tire. They kindly explained that they would try to repair it, although the nail was on the edge and it probably could not be repaired. I decided to buy the tires somewhere else, where I had purchased tires before, and I personally brought two tires to Discount Tire for them to install. The service was quick, and they called me the same day to let me know my car was ready. However, when I picked up my car, I noticed that the brakes did not feel right. I made the mistake of not going back immediately and drove home with my two young children in the car. Thankfully, we do not live far away and made it home safely, but later I discovered that my car had practically lost its brakes. A mechanic came to inspect my car and told me that the brake caliper near the rear wheel that had been changed was damaged. I had to pay $150 for labor and $90 for the part to have my car repaired. On top of that, I was unable to work for two days while trying to get my car fixed because I could not safely drive it and had difficulty finding

On 8/1/26, I dropped off my car that had a tire leaking air. I had bought my tires from them a couple of years back, so was told they could fix it for free. When I came back, the staff told me I needed a new tired, because the tire could not be fixed, since There was a "cluster of screws" and they were not able to fix it. I have several years in work experience at an auto shop, and have never heard or seen anyone with a tired having a "cluster of screws" in their tires. I checked the tired and can only find the one screw, fixable tire. I took my car and left. I wouldn't not recommend this location, not sure if this is a common practice.

They do not honor appointments. Waited a week to get my appointment and then waited 50 minutes and they still havenβt started working on my car. When I asked after waiting 45 minutes, they just said they are behind. This is not the first time that the service has been subpar.

Just popped in to get my tires checked and was greeted outside by Matt. He had great energy and was super helpful! He even assisted me with deciding which wiper blades would be best for my car. I'll definitely be back! Thanks Matt!

Excellent services. I scheduled my appointment and they started on time. I purchased a set of tires, windshield wipers, and had an alignment done. Very professional. Attentive. Gave recommendations for future purchases. I will definitely be returning for my mud tires on my other vehicle. The shop was clean. Employees keep you informed on your vehicle. The staff is always friendly. Kudos to Jake, Peter, Alberto, and Michael.
